We have been in the real estate business for 18 years. Over that time we have closed thousands of transactions. And we have come to realize the the profession of Realtor® isn't for everyone. It is an incredibly demanding job. Realtors are, in most cases, independent contractors.That means they are self employed. They aren't on the company payroll. Pay day is when they successfully close a transaction. Realtors® work when their buyers and sellers need them. That means most evenings and weekends are spent showing properties and negotiating contracts. And the stress involved with assisting clients in what may be the most significant financial transaction of their lives can be overwhelming.


That is a major factor why new agents don't make it in the business. The National Association of Realtors® statistics indicate that 87% of all new agents fail within five years in the industry. That means only 13% make it in the business! Hence we have created a way for real estate enthusiasts to participate in a way that eliminates the stress and anxiety of being a full time Realtor® while still being able to create passive income from the real estate industry.

Stacey Baker

Stacey's experience in the real estate industry includes daily management of a busy brokerage office. She is well versed in every aspect of a real estate transaction. In addition to her brokerage experience, her credentials include licensure as a title insurance agent. Stacey has worked with Realtors® throughout the United States and is experienced at evaluating their skill levels, professionalism and experience. New referral agents will work with Stacey to complete their onboarding process to ensure they have the information necessary to help them be successful. 

Tony Anderson
Broker / Owner

Tony has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005. Prior to that, he was a "flipper", buying and renovating properties for resale. Since 2016, Tony has been the broker and owner of NextHome Gulf Coast Realty in Tampa Bay Florida with offices in Largo, St. Petersburg and Indian Rocks Beach. During his real estate career, Tony has earned 16 industry designations that are a tribute to his experience and dedication to obtaining the knowledge and skills to deliver the utmost professionalism to clients he assists and Realtors® he serves as a broker.
